Pumpkin Farm!

The beginning of our pumpkin adventure!!
Today Blake and I decided to take a trip to the pumpkin patch up in Salt Lake!  We got about 5 pumpkins, some donuts, and fresh apple cider to take home with us.  The pumpkin patches here are DEFINITELY smaller than ones in the midwest, but it took care of some fun times and good photo ops :)
Hay Ride at the pumpkin patch (we did not go on it...because it went around in like a 50 ft. loop - and would have cost us a whole dollar!)

You have to admit it....this is just funny!
The beginning of our huge pumpkin collection!
...and the end!  :)

While I was waiting for Blake to finish up some work, I took the time to take a few good pictures of Gunner...hope you enjoy them!

I feel like this picture belongs on a calendar for Black Labs :)
Little preview of some of our Halloween decorations, thanks to Cheryl!

Loving Fall Time :)

We have had such a fun fall!  We have done a lot of things and accomplished a lot at school too!  After the campout we came back to Utah and went back to the grind.  I'm playing catch up here so get ready for a long post ahead of you :)

In September I competed in a competition for school and decided to go for the make-up category.  I'm pretty bitter because I didn't even get honorable mention and I DEFINITELY thought I deserved it.  Here are a few pictures of what I did...

So...I hope after seeing those you all will know why I'm a little upset about not winning ANYTHING!  I'm over it now though and the anger from it has actually motivated me into persuing greater ventures.  I'm hopefully going to be offered a job at the Nordstrom Cosmetics department here in the next few days.  Needless to say...I'm freaking out about it right now.  I want that job SO bad!  Especially to work for the M.A.C. counter...that would be way awesome to me.  Either way though I'm going to love the experience no matter what!

I've also started a freelance make-up artist business with the help of Blake's awesome website and business skills.  If any of you are interested in learning more check out The Company's Website, diamor-artistry.com, or The Company's Blog, www.diamorartistry.blogspot.com.  I will be updating those often so you all can keep yourselves posted!

Our pride and joy, Gunner, has grown SO MUCH this fall!  He's only 6 months old and he's all of a sudden become huge!  Here's a bit of a timeline of his growth since Blake brought him home in May :)

He was so small when Blake brought him home that we could give him a bath in the kitchen sink!  Now he almost takes up half of the bath tub when we try to wash him...
We took him camping a weekend or two after we got him and I could just hold him in my arms like a tiny little baby....try carrying him around now!!
He's SO pretty huh?!  I just love him....now when he stands on his back two legs he makes it all the way up to my shoulders and can practically hug me!  He still acts like a puppy but looks like a beautiful dog :)

I promise to keep trying to update this blog...I'm so bad at it and with the internet pretty off and on at our house it's hard to keep up on everything.  I hope you enjoyed the pictures and I'll try to update soon!
